Suman was handling new product development for Value Added Services (VAS) and NPS (net promoter score) for the Eastern Region as part of my team. He took many initiatives to improve overall customer centricity for the region, which requires new process design, amending existing processes including people training. Owing to these initiatives, we were able to deliver one of the highest NPS during this period. I would always remember Suman as one of the most energetic, data driven customer centricity professional.
